Rates

            I charge $165 for a 50-minute session

Insurance            

            I do accept insurance.  Throughout the years, I have heard and have had conflicting opinions and thoughts about whether I want to continue navigating the difficulties of managed care - the paperwork, the authorizations, and the submitting of claims.  And I have considered many times throughout my career whether I want to continue to do this.  But then I go back to why I became a therapist in the first place - to help people and to connect with people from all walks of life.  I continue to take insurance because many people can't afford to come to therapy on a regular basis without using their insurance.  Of course, many of my clients do choose to see me as an out-of-network provider and I am happy to provide a superbill if needed.  

I currently accept Blue Shield of California, Anthem Blue Cross, Magellan, Aetna, Cigna, MHN, and Value Options.  Please don't hesitate to call or email me with any questions you may have.

    Monday: 10:00 - 6:00 

            Tuesday: 10:00 - 6:00

            Wednesday: 10:00 - 6:00

            Thursday: 10:00 - 6:00

Cancellation Policy

            Because I have reserved your appointment time for you, you will be expected to pay for your session if you cancel or fail to show up unless you provide notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment.  As a courtesy, I will usually confirm your appointment the day prior.  I do make exceptions in cases of illness or emergencies.
